tdr0742_How many times should visit to recover a cost of annual passport?

“Annual Passport” is a must item for Disney fans who go and visit Tokyo Disney Resort when they have time.

It is a passport with full of benefit that it allows guest to enter the park through the year, but because of the benefits the cost becomes high.

Then you get curious about “number of times to be able to recover the cost “.

So, I would like to calculate the “number of times to be able to recover the cost” of “2 Parks annual passport” that can be used with Tokyo Disneyland and Tokyo DisneySea and “Tokyo Disneyland (or Tokyo DisneySea) annual passport” that can only be used with 1 Park based on “1 day passport”, which can only used for a day.

The fee of “1day passport” (older than 65 years old is senior passport), which is standard is shown below.

1day passport
Adult (ages 18 & over): $69
Junior (ages 12-17): $60
Child (ages 4-11): $45

Senior passport
(Ages 65 & over): $62

When dividing this fee by annual passport fee and round up after the decimal point…

2 Park annual passport

Adult (ages 18 & over): $860 (13 times)
Junior (ages 12-17): $860 (14times)
Child (ages 4-11): $560 (13 times)
Senior (ages 65 & over): $730 (12 times)

Tokyo Disneyland/ Tokyo DisneySea annual passport

Adult (ages 18 & over): $590 (9 times)
Junior (ages 12-17): $590 (10 times)
Child (ages 4-11): $380 (9 times)
Senior (ages 65 & over): $500 (9 times)

As you can see you can “recover the cost when visiting once a month”.

If you are considering about purchasing annual passport then it would be great to judge having idea of “if you can visit Tokyo Disney Resort once a month”.
